Medieval Manor opens.

[1973-BGL] Founded by Don and Mark Akin, it is located initially in the basement of the Eliot Hotel then moves to 246 East Berkeley Street in 1982. The dinner theatre presents guests with a hands-on (no utensils) Medieval dining experience and skits involving actors playing the parts of a king, minstrels, jesters, oafs, and wenches. Michael Chiklis is a former cast member. The restaurant closes on December 31, 2015.
